"Most of the staff is very nice, but an umbrella wasn't bolted down and it almost hit me, twice. On the way up, and then on the way down before it lodged itself through the gate. Could have comped a night or at least discounted one. Also, two outlets didn't work. Took 2 days to fix it, and he took the hot leg off and put the common on instead. Potential fire hazard or will destroy anything that is plugged up to it. Last night there, there were homeless people sleeping at the edge of the stairs less than 20 feet from my room."

"Room reserved was a suite and we were given a double queen room. It was a late check in so we were stuck and overcharged. Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. "

"We had a wonderful vacation on this property! The pools were fantastic and warm. The beds were so comfortable a fully stocked kitchen and a wonderful grill area! We had plenty of parking and if this is important to anyone like it is to me, the water tasted great and was really nice on my hair."

"Parking lot was very small. The shower head was leaking all our stay causing the floor to be wet. The shower crying had a hole in it, the curtain looked very old. The curtain for the window also had holes in it and there was tape trying to cover them. Over all it was very bad, the pictures weren’t accurate to the actual property. "
