"I stay at this property multiple times per year and have done so for many years, and normally always have a very positive experience. The hotel seemed fairly full this past weekend and the room rate was a lot higher than I normally pay, but I guess it's just a matter of supply and demand. The first room I checked into I quickly discovered that the A/C didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk and swap out keys for another room, and fortunately one was available."
"The room was very nice, neat and clean plus nice bathroom too. The pool was alao excellent we enjoyed swimming a lot. Though, it could have been great if there was a microwave oven available inside the room so that we can warm up some snacks and also if a coffee maker was available too and if a small facial bar soap was provided just as the same as the usual hotel complimentary but in general it was good staying at Tru by Hilton hotel Norwalk"
"This is a nice hotel, the staff are friendly. The rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The linens are fresh and white! The relaxing pool is refreshing. A nice continental breakfast too! Thank you for a pleasant stay!"
