"Our stay was great, although 1 night may not have been enough. Our original room was occupied by someone else. We thought weekdays wouldn’t be too busy, but there were actually heaps of people because of the events in the function hall. The food and ambiance were great as well. It’s an ideal place to stay, maybe for 2 nights or more."

"I'd like to say overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I had some issues not being able to use the tv, but it is a smart tv which was awesome. I booked a premium deluxe poolside room. It was super spacious and had an incredible view of the beach and foliage around the hotel. The hotel was rsther noisy as there was a party one one of the days on top of music coming from other parts of the resort. But, I must really emphatically say that the entire staff is incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was evident that they really caee about their work. We ate in 2 of the 3 restaurants: the main one closest to the lobby and Luna. Both meals were very tasty and I think the wine was reasonably priced. We found the beach very clean, relaxing and the water quite clear. We had no problems ordering Grab taxis. At most we waited 10 minutea for a car. Finally, it should be noted that the "no outside food or drink" is strictly enforced. I understand respect the rule; however, I wasnt able to get as much drinking water as I would have liked. I found myself having to go to the restaurants and asking for a lot of water to drink. My friend was able to get her water bottle filled regularly, but I wish it had been more comvenient. "

"Everything was nice, from the resort to the staff. The restaurant was a + for us as the food was really good. Also the spa offers different treatment and it’s so relaxing. I will definitely come back."

"Check in was easy the hotel is very secure with lots of friendly staff. Room was clean and put together. The bed was more like a board but the pillows kinda made up for it. A/C worked amazing and water pressure was great. The bai cafe buffett for breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Pool was nice with comfy lounge chairs. Location was okay. Definitely have to grab to downtown. They let me check out late for no extra cost. 4.5/5 (.5 for the bed)"

"Staff was AMAZING, they were there every time you needed them and always asked about the stay. The food was good and the happy hour and chocolate hour was what we looked forward to everyday. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Mactan Newtown ( although parts don’t have a sidewalk). "
