Great location

Brilliant facilities in the apartment complex. The underground garage parking was an absolute Godsend as there is not a space to be found in the area due to the popularity of the resort. The apartment is the owners home and was equipped with everything you need. The owner met us and was very generous with offerring us to use any food in the cupboards. We never actually ate in as there was just so much to see and do and we were out all day but really appreciated the offer. The only suggestion to improve would be the inclusion of sunloungers on the huge terrace area. There was plenty of seating options but nothing to lie on. A very small criticism as the rest of the apartment was fab!

Fabulous stay!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this property! Location and view were outstanding, apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Andre and Maria were so kind and helpful and made it so easy for us upon arrival and departure. Andre gave us many helpful hints about the area and was available to answer any questions we had.

Piso muy amplio, con dos plantas, decorado con muy buen gusto, acceso a piscinas, párking privado, y muy bien equipado.....vamos de lo mejor que he visto en mucho tiempo. Repetiré.

Très bon état, literie très confortable. Vue sur la Ria. Seul bémol la rue passant devant l'immeuble, mais étant au 2ème étage, cela reste supportable.

Appartement magnifique dans une résidence de standing. Superbe vue sur la Marina. Belle plage à 50m de la résidence. Costa nova est une belle station balnéaire avec ses façades rayées typiques.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend

Die Wohnung ist exakt so wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben ist. Hell, sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Top Lage mit dem wunderschönen oft windigen und immer welligen Atlantik auf der einen Seite und einem kleinen Segelhafen in der Lagune auf der anderen Seite. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden (auch wenn die Adresse nicht exakt stimmt) und die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos und freundlich. Die Wohnung hat zusätzlich 2 Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage die nur am Samstag und Sonntag dringend notwendig sind, unter der Woche gibt es viele freie Parkplätze auch in der Hochsaison. 3 Fahrräder sind auch vorhanden. Sehr schön ist der nahe Ort mit Fischmarkt (1km) und günstigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aveiro - 10 Minuten Fahrzeit. Top Wohnung - wir empfehlen zu 100% und kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent location and amenities

This place is wonderful! It is spacious, well located, has all the necessary amenities and the owners are truly helpful in every way. Only thing missing is a washing machine but there is a self-service laundry close by, so no worries. The view from the front terrace is perfect! My family and I had a wonderful time there and highly recommend it.

Great apartment, beautiful, spacious apartment, v close to the beach

We had a great trip to costa nova, the apartment was fantastic. Andre and his mother were welcoming and were very helpful, and even gave us a quick tour of the town! The apartment is beautifully furnished, with everything you could need for a lovely holiday. The location is great too: with a view out over the estuary, on one side, the fabulous beach on the other and just a short stroll into town. We will definitely want to come back here and would recommend it as a great apartment in a great place!!
