"Amazing location. Brian at reception is a gem. The team are all super friendly. The hotel is so French and so British at the same time. The location is convenient for jumping on the metro, but also accessible by taxi, just a very short walk from the Pont Neuf and the Louvre. Close to le Marias. Rooms are ok. Small, but we had a great window for people watching. We barely spent time in the room, so it didn't bother us too much. But would be my only critique, small room and decor could do with a bit of an update at this price-point."

"Very nice staff. Very helpful especially the hospitality host. The only draw back was the room temperature. We felt warm and the room could not get cool down enough. And the water pressure was very low. Not sure if that’s a Paris thing. Asides from that great location.I would return to this hotel"

"Our room was actually a small suite, with a full kitchen and sitting area. Bedroom, bathroom and storage were very adequate. Air conditioning worked very well. Room was spotless and housekeeping was wonderful. Staff were always gracious, friendly and helpful. The car service that the hotel arranged for pickup and drop off at CDG was absolutely fabulous and well worth the price. Our driver,at drop off rolled our bags with us to the exact spot in the terminal that we needed to be for check in. Only minor complaint was that in our room on the sixth floor, our wifi, which accepted the correct password, did not have enough signal to connect my phone and pad. Not a huge deal because local cell service was very strong. I was able to connect to their wifi in the lobby and bar, so I imagine they need a signal booster for the upper floors. All in all, I wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel in a fabulous neighborhood in Paris! Highly recommend!"

"The location is perfect for tourism and the view from our Seine River view room, which costs extra, was spectacular. Metro is just a 5 minute walk. The front desk staff is great! Very nice folks. But you do have to clean your own room, including bringing down your towels and trash to the lobby and get new room supplies. We were not prepared for that, but OK, we can do it. The room was odd shaped and definitely was not as nice as the one pictured in Hotels.com. But it had a desk area, kitchenette and a foyer, though that served little purpose beyond giving you room to get in the door with your luggage without being cramped into the bed. Breakfast is extra. A/C cools the room, but only if you make it run all the time and turn it down all the way. But we did enjoy our time there with no regrets. We wouldn't spend this much again if we return to Paris."
