"For an International hotel , located near seaport in a major city of the world I was disappointed in the limited language skills of the staff , BELL Staff although young had NO English skills. I speak some Japanese , so I can survive but via in person or on phone through front desk , my English was never understood. Bar access on 30 floor not till 5 pm. Italian restaurant food terrible and again no language skills "
