"My first experience with this hotel was OK. Having to deal with repairs at my house so I stayed a few nights. First night, fine and dandy. A little obnoxious that this hotel is overrun with teenagers but I can excuse it if everything else is right. Breakfast was disappointing and kind of disgusting. Surprised it wasn’t included with the room. My second and third night I’m in a different room and here’s where the experience takes a turn for the worst. The room is filthy. Just filthy and in terrible condition. I have to squish a silverfish within my first minute in the room. There’s a pair of someone’s literal used false eyelashes on the bed. Someone’s contact lazily thrown out is stuck to the bathroom wall. The air conditioner barely keeps the temperature below 72 degrees (in fl this is a NO.) When I take a shower I realize the silverfish are coming from a massive gap in the wall. I don’t see how they don’t fix these huge gaps in the baseboards and the wall. It’s actually disgusting, you’d think this hotel would be finished out. Mediocre everything. To top it off, every single day I was woken up before 10:30 am (checkout is at 12) by their staff, demanding to know when I was checking out. Ummm. Idk, maybe at CHECKOUT TIME?! it’s embarrassing to go through every morning, to the point where I feel apologetic for staying in my room that extra hour. I get that they need to turn down rooms but I had a do not disturb sign up, and checkout had not passed. Terribly run property. 1/10"

"This hotel was supposedly rated "great" on hotels.com but I find that hard to believe. We actually didn't stay here but drove many hours to get home rather than stay in here. The location is on a busy street, there were people drinking in the parking lot, a homeless lady camped out at the entryway, the building was run down and the doors open directly onto the parking lot so no buffer of a lobby for safety - anyone can access your door. We did not feel safe here and took a financial hit rather than stay. I will never use hotels.com again: over priced, misrepresented properties, and zero help when I called for assistance with the situation. "

"Great room"

"I was pleasantly surprised. My room was very clean and everything was upgraded and nice, it reminding me of a 4 star hotel. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided in the shower. The toilet was high and not sitting so low. They supplied lotion and a care kit. The place is really nice and I will be staying there again."

"The ac had mold in it, nasty stuff on the wall, just very bare in there, was not a very welcoming place, it offers free breakfast it was just toast and juice. I really felt like I was in an extended prison cell. Just a very uncomfortable setting."

The house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a group, there was plenty of space for everyone and it made the whole weekend so special.We’re so grateful we got to celebrate here and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a group getaway!"
