Tucked into the woods, on a hill above a beautiful lake, this cozy guest cottage offers comfort, seclusion, and beautiful views of the surrounding estate. The space features one bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler, this is one of the only houses built on the beautiful Green River Reservoir. You can spend your getaway enjoying the serenity, or head to nearby Stowe (30 min), Smuggler's Notch, or Jay Peak (40-50 min).


This guest cottage features a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub. The screened-in porch offers rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying serene views of the lake and surrounding landscape. The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, and everything you need to prepare meals. Charming and cute, this apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort, privacy, and scenic charm.
