"Pretty inside property and outside pool could’ve been better/ cleaner. They should have staff coming around to check pool. There was a bandaid in pool and lots of bugs. Should be skimmed often. I was there from 1-6 pm and it wasn’t attended too. Also I was supposed tbere was no music playing at all ..."

We were in Hyannis during winter. Had lovely drive to beaches, but didn’t get out of car. Very cold. Good restaurant suggestions from hotel staff.

We love coming to Hyannis, but we won't stay at this hotel again, which is too back because the location was perfect... Maybe once this hotel is 'done' it will be much better.
