"Was not aware the room assigned to us had a water leak from the AC unit until the following day. Reported it to the front desk but maintenance was not available on the weekend. So I requested another room and the room was a nicer room with better AC unit. The room itself was very nice."

"First the positives: check-in was quick and the room was clean. We were happy to see that we had a full size fridge and a kitchenette. When we booked, we thought this would only come with a handicapped room. The dining room is very small but did offer the usual fare of fruit and baked goods. The negatives: The entry into the hotel is dangerous. If you’re coming off of I-69, the hotel is on your left, right at a traffic light, but there is no turning lane to the left. You take your chances if you try to turn against on-coming traffic. Next, considering we had a kitchenette, there were no dishes, cookware or utensils in the room. We were there for four days and being able to use the kitchenette would have saved us time and money. Also, the room description said there was a coffee maker. With a kitchenette, we imagined there would be a regular size coffee pot and not the single-use one that was there. We are dedicated coffee drinkers and would have brought our own if we had known. And finally, the walk-in shower was large but there was nowhere to put products except on the floor. No bench or shelf. Overall, we still had a nice stay but as the old saying goes, “it’s the little things” that make the difference."

"The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was well air conditioned when we walked in the door and kept cool for the entire stay.The nicest thing about the house is how pleasant it is. The atmosphere is so nice. And the beds are very comfortable. We will stay there again if we're back in the area."

"I loved the newness, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number would’ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies."
