"The room was clean enough but no water bottles, no coffee, really poor lighting and a full size refrigerator???? What the heck for!!! It took up tons of room! The traffic noise was horrendous, it just wasn’t a good stay."

"Was here for two nights and I didnt get maid service, not a big deal if, I had a Do Not disturb sign it would have been on the door. No maid service because they though i was only there for one night. Tried to come into the room later in the day while i was in the middle of a business call and he was annoyed i was still in the room. He had to go to the office to confirm. No problem mistakes happen. I had set up shuttle for 06:30, and was told to be downstairs at 06:15. No problem. As i was walking out the door at 06:12 the phone was ringing (reminder) and i watched as the shuttle drove off. When i woke the desk clerk, (yes i woke him up) he said I would have to wait for the shuttle to come back in 30 mins....so it left 15 mins early... There was two of us for the 06:30 shuttle that wasnt going to be there till 06:45. I had my coworker just pick me up. "

"Budget friendly hotel. Rooms are quite big with all required amenities. Breakfast is good Personally feel Need to improve pillow quality and little more cleaning for carpets Rest is all good "

"This hotel is terrible—do not stay here. The reviews are very misleading. From the moment we pulled up, the property looked sketchy. Unfortunately, it only got worse once I went inside the room. I specifically paid for a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. When I tried turning on the light near the bathroom, it didn’t work, and when I walked into the bathroom, the toilet was absolutely disgusting. I left immediately and requested a refund, but the hotel refused. I had to contact Hotels.com, and after going back and forth with both the hotel and Hotels.com, I finally received a refund today. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. To make things even more concerning, the hotel changed its name from “Americas Inn & Suites” to “Crystal Inn & Suites” within just a few days, which is very suspicious. I would not trust this place at all."
