"We loved our stay on this property; our family was able to enjoy the spacious house and the beach front from the balcony. The house was clean, equipped and ready when we arrived. The communication with host was great and as our flight was delayed they were gracious enough to let us do a late checkout and we are very grateful and thankful for the hospitality! The location will be in my mind for another family vacation in the future! Thank you for a great experience!"

"Villa Del Mar is a jewel! Our host, Arturo, was very responsive and had added a number of special touches including kitchen amenities, that made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The property is very well maintained. From check in to check out every question was answered - from recommendations for places to go, to aiding our market shopping. If you are looking for a relaxing oasis, Villa Del Mar is the place!"

"The house was very clean and very Roomy. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms very cold A/C and good WiFi single, oh and the washer and dryer was a God send. We washed all our clothes before leaving so we didn't have to do laundry when we got home. There is a Walmart down the road about 10mins.. it was perfect. The House caretaker Dilena lives across the street... very nice lady and very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. Vic&Daisy"

"Check-in was smooth and easy. The house was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was responsive, although resolving issues wasn’t always as timely as we had hoped.Unfortunately, the ac stopped working the first night, which meant we couldn’t use two of the bedrooms without fans. Since it was July in Puerto Rico, this made sleeping a bit challenging. I requested fans but never received a response.On our last night, we also discovered a note on the drawer where the trash bin was stating that black trash bags were required. It would have been helpful to receive this information before our stay, as we had already purchased and filled the bins with white trash bags.Overall, we had a good stay. The kids loved the pool, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and the nearby beach was great. While there were a few inconveniences, there were no major issues, and we enjoyed our time at the property."

"The rental itself was spotless, incredibly cozy, and beautifully maintained. It’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into the details—the kitchen was fully equipped for making meals at home, the beds were very comfortable, and having a beautiful backyard with a private pool was awesome. I would definitely recommend this rental as one of the best. Places to stay."

"Although this is not a new place it was comfortable for our family of 7. It is in a very safe neighborhood. We had no trouble leaving cars parked outside overnight. The backyard was so beautiful and fun. Our family enjoyed having a private pool. It is an above ground pool but was clean and really nice. The water temperature was warm and comfortable. Sylvia was so good to help whenever we had a question. Our flight arrived really late and we were able to get in around 3 AM. Sylvia sent us a welcome text with recommendations for restaurants in the area and other general information ahead of our arrival. The best communication! We loved the nature preserve and loved seeing the turtles from the river in the backyard. Our family loved the iguanas, lizards, frogs and birds. This place is not the newest place but was more fun than staying at a resort. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. We were close to the El Yunque National Forest and the Ceiba ferry termimal. We enjoyed Charco El Hippie, Las Tinajas Falls, ferry to Culebra for the day, Seven Seas and Luquillo Beach, Toro Verde Adventure park and more. Lots of yummy food nearby! 10/10 recommend"

"The villa was a beautiful retreat for our family of 5 plus two grannies. The house had everything we needed, well and thoughtfully stocked. Host was always responsive and provided so much info about the house and area upfront. Great location for exploring and access to food and groceries. The kids were in the pool every day. We all enjoyed watching the various wildlife from the windows and patio - so many lizards, frogs - coqui!, birds... Great spot!!"
