Waterfront Oasis - Pool, Boat Lift, Dock & Kayaks

Welcome to "The Reel Hudson House", a waterfront Gulf Coast getaway made for fishing, boating, beach days and family fun! Bring your boat and enjoy direct Gulf access from our private boat lift and floating dock. Paddle the canals in the provided kayaks, walk to Hudson Beach, or simply relax in the backyard overlooking the water. With waterfront dining nearby and Florida's Nature Coast waiting to be explored, your Gulf adventure starts right outside the back door.

Sleeping Spaces

Two bedrooms feature comfortable king beds, giving couples or parents plenty of room to unwind. The third bedroom has three twin beds, making it a great setup for kids or additional guests.

The sunroom provides an additional semi-private sleeping area with an oversized double lounge approximately the size of a full bed. Because the sunroom connects to other areas of the home, we recommend this sleeping space primarily for children rather than adults seeking complete privacy.

One king bedroom and the three-twin bedroom include Roku TVs, while the second king bedroom has intentionally been kept TV-free for guests who prefer a peaceful place to unplug and relax.

All three bedrooms have convenient phone charging stations.

Living & Entertainment

Gather everyone together in the living room for movie night on the huge 85-inch Roku TV. High-speed internet is included throughout the home, and guests can sign into their own favorite streaming services using their personal accounts.

When it's time to unplug, you'll find a selection of board games and books for quieter evenings and rainy days. For a little friendly competition, we also provide oversized Jenga, giant Connect 4 and cornhole boards — perfect for family game nights or hanging out by the water.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading out on the water to a family dinner at the end of the day. You'll find a variety of pots and pans, a full selection of kitchen utensils and basic cooking spices ready for your stay.

There's plenty of room for everyone at mealtime. The main dining table seats **6 guests**, an additional high-top table seats **4**, and the kitchen counter provides another **6 stools** for casual meals, snacks and morning coffee.

Prefer to cook outside? A gas grill with propane and grilling utensils is provided for guest use.

Waterfront Outdoor Living

The backyard is one of our favorite parts of The Reel Hudson House.

Stock Tank Pool & Deck

Cool off and unwind in our 8-foot stock tank pool, surrounded by a custom deck that creates a fun spot to spend a Florida afternoon. Lounge on the deck, dip your feet in the water, or cool off after a day at the beach or out on the Gulf.

In the evening, the outdoor lights and deck create a relaxed place to enjoy the Florida air as the sun goes down.

Please note that this is a stock tank pool designed for cooling off and relaxing—it is not a traditional swimming pool and is not intended for diving or jumping.

Enjoy outdoor dining with seating for 8, or settle into the cushioned patio seating with a three-person sofa and two chairs with ottomans.

Closer to the water, you'll find two Adirondack chairs and two lounge chairs—perfect for morning coffee, relaxing in the Florida sunshine or winding down after a day on the Gulf.

And, of course, the water is right outside your door.

Guests have access to two kayaks for exploring the surrounding canals as well as an 8' × 16' floating foam water mat. The mat can be secured to the dock for relaxing on the water or taken along on your boat for a day on the Gulf.

The property also features a boat lift and floating dock for guests bringing a boat. The floating dock will accomodate up to a 24' boat.

Laundry

A washer and dryer are available for guest use in the garage, along with a dedicated table for folding clothes—especially convenient after beach days, kayaking, boating or longer stays.

Whether you're gathering around the huge TV, challenging the family to a game of cornhole, grilling dinner, paddling the canals or simply sitting by the water with a drink, The Reel Hudson House is designed to make the most of your time together on Florida's Gulf Coast.
