"While the rooms are small, the Belton Chalet has that old lodge charm. The location is ideal, being just outside the west entrance to Glacier. The restaurant is terrific. A little pricey but the food is top notch. We really enjoyed our stay."

"So beautiful in the best location for Glacier National Park. The home was fully stocked with everything you would expect and more! We loved being right on the river to be able to fish and enjoy the outdoors so easily. The owners were nearby and were so nice and let us use their fishing poles for the kids. Would highly recommend and we will definitely will be back!"

"Wonderful and charming property in a private residential neighborhood. Beautiful lakeside view from the kitchen, living room and back patio. I loved sitting on the private dock at the end of the day and just looking out on the lake and mountains. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook all our breakfasts and dinners here. Full capacity clothes washer and dryer were super convenient. Very effective heat and A/C kept the temperature comfortable. Less than a 10 minute drive to entrance of Glacier National Park helped us get to the trailheads early. Super easy check in and check out. Responsive host who reached out on our first day via text to make sure everything was okay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Such a quiet and peaceful place. I didn't want to leave. I have wanted to visit Glacier for a long time and I am very happy we stayed here for our vacation."

"We stayed at a room in the lodge and it was spacious for 4. The room was clean and the verandah was really nice. The surrounding was well-kept and natural. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the West Glacier Entrance, 5 minutes from Josephine’s Bar and Kitchen and the Glacier Distillery which i highly recommend. Would stay there again if i go back to visit. Weather permitting, I would really like to whitewater raft with them- it was so close to the river!"
Walsh Cottage inside Glacier National Park on Lake McDonald

"The Walsh cottage is a wonderful cozy cabin situated in peaceful and quiet surroundings. The location is excellent being inside the park for early morning starts. The scenery by the cottage of Lake MacDonald is breathtaking. It is not a lakeside view but with only a very short walk, the beach is right there. We even got to enjoy a visit by a black bear to a berry bush very close to our cottage. Later a momma bear and 3 cubs were seen on the shoreline of Lake MacDonald right by the cottage. We loved staying here and would recommend to others"

"Carol & Tom did an amazing job communicating with us and having the property ready. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Their property is immediately on the river which allowed us to see elk, black bear, black bear cubs, deer and countless bald eagles. Just a wonderful experience. Hoping to return one day with my kids & grandkids."
