"The biggest issue was the smell- the rooms smelled awful. The rest of the hotel did not...so clearly the rooms are ventilated well enough. Our beds were saggy like being in a hammock. Everyone struggled with really bad beds. It is also over a highway and possibly near train track. Sleeping is almost impossible unless you bring ear plugs and an eye mask. I actually woke up multiple times, thinking a vehicle was driving right into the room. The hotel could definitely benefit from soundproofing. I would not recommend or stay there again due to this issue alone. The staff were great. The breakfast was hot and prompt. It is more structural issues/the actual hotel chain's poor planning/implementation than any staff there. "

"Room was clean, parking was good, a little bit of a walk but that's ok. Hallway and room smelled like cigarettes, The pool area looked terrible, the lady at the front desk wasn't very welcoming and finally last but not least the breakfast! Its the main thing I look for when getting a hotel, because of the convenience. They advertise that there is a breakfast, when in fact there is not! I'm not a big complainer but, I should have picked somewhere else and will next time."

"Quick and easy check in rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is on a busy intersection but traffic noise wasn’t too bad. Guests are offered a discount at the onsite restaurant. "

"The room I booked (deluxe suite with double queen beds in a separate bedroom and sofa sleeper in rhe living room) wasn't available although the desk attendant said the computer said the room should be available, but he couldn't figure out exactly which room number it was, so they put us in a different room. That room was dirty. I pulled out the sofa sleeper and the mattress cover was yellow and dirty and the sofa sleeper mattress had urine stains on the underside. And there was a ziploc bag with a used bar of soap under the cushions. We requested a new room. This room was a little cleaner, but still dirty (sofa sleeper in the same condition as the previous room) and even smaller than the previous room. At this point, we tried one more time to get a new room that was at least as big as the 1st one we had, but cleaner. They let us take a look at another room, but that sofa sleeper had some kind of clear crystal (looked like glass at first) under the mattress cover. After this we requested a refund and spent hours trying to book a room at another nearby hotel. The cleaning staff needs to be trained to clean ALL the linen and places even the sofa sleeper whether or not they believe it was used or not."
