If you get a choice, definitely book the rest house. It’s a small apartment and it is so lovely. The check-in process is so easy. The restaurant on site is delicious and we eat out a lot in Houston. I would definitely give it more stars than the pizza place around the corner, although I do love the free shuffleboard at that place. I love the water refills on the floor and the water actually taste clean. Definitely recommend this place the staff are great.

Check-in and in/out flow was offbeat, but the suite room was spacious, crisply clean, and beautifully decorated and appointed. Convenience to downtown activities and restaurants was awesome, the lobby was a great meeting and relaxation spot, and 24/7 Americanos were better than any morning buffet or snacks.

Hotel is conveniently located in downtown, room was spacious and bed comfortable. However building is old (in the picture looks more updated). We stayed 3 nights and not once the room got serviced. The one time I asked for coffee to be replenished, they said they would said someone and no one ever showed up. Also the restaurant of the hotel said they were unable to accommodate for shelfish allergies which is kind of standard in most restaurants now a days. This property is overpriced.

Room was clean and well furnished. Fitness room was adequate. Nice coffee machine in the lobby and water machines in the hallway on each floor. Place felt secure as the exterior doors required keycard for access. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but it was ok. I like th curtains blocked out the daylight. Close access to the metro rail and plenty of parking garages and restaurants in the area.

Had 3 issues: 1) pipes clanging in the room across from the elevators. Pretty loud and heard them all night. 2) Called down to desk because we needed sheets and pillows for pull out couch. They never brought them. for me this is the worst part of the review. This should not happen! 3) Had a very difficult time getting hot water. Ran sink for about 3-5minutes this morning and finally gave up. Rooms were clean, check in process good. It's a nice place to stay if they get the issues fixed I mentioned. I understand things happen (hot water for example). But noises need to be addressed. And again, not responding to a direct request for the bedding was very disappointing. For the money they charge, that is unacceptable.
