Regarding our pet policy, Below are the fees for short-term and long-term stays, depending on your pet's size. These fees ensure we can maintain our high cleaning standards, as we never compromise on cleanliness and hygiene, aiming to provide you with the best possible experience. Our homes are of the highest quality in the area. We offer free early check-in or late check-out if available when we do not have same-day bookings. The pictures in our listings are recent, and the homes are the best in the neighborhood, newly furnished, renovated, and remodeled. We provide ample towels, tissues, and supplies for all guests, depending on the length of your stay. With high-speed Wi-Fi, brand-new appliances, and high-quality furniture, everything is exactly as shown.

We are currently offering very competitive rates as we have recently started and aim to secure bookings as quickly as possible. Our rates are already the best in the area, and given the quality we provide, we are firm on them. Discounts are already applied based on your reservation, making this more of a luxury stay at this price.

Enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the fire pit while following these essential guidelines to ensure safety and protect the property. Non-compliance may result in fines or reimbursement claims for damages.

★Firepit Rules:
-The fire pit is strictly forbidden to use during high wind conditions.
-Fires must always be attended by a responsible adult (18+ years).
-Use fire tongs or appropriate fire instruments.
-Only burn dry hardwoods like oak, hickory, or maple sold specifically for firewood.
-Never burn pine, construction lumber, painted wood, cardboard, paper, trash, or any accelerants such as lighter fluid or gasoline.
-Keep chairs and flammable objects at a safe distance from the fire.

★Damage & Responsibility for Firepit:
Any burn marks on the property (indoors or outdoors) will incur a $500 fine. You are responsible for all guests on the property. Please ensure everyone is aware of and follows these rules.

Cute butttt…

The house is very cute, but needs a little attention. The outlet in the guest bathroom doesn’t work. The kitchen needs updated pots and pans and utensils and wine glasses! More serving dishes would be good too. The tv remotes don’t work well either had to keep resetting them to use them. And the back bedroom door doesn’t shut properly. Just a little fine tuning to this house would make it prefect.
