Check in was fine and the room worked well. One washcloth was not fully clean but no big deal. The issue was the breakfast. In a previous visit it had some good things but this time around the breakfast consisted of bagels and garlic flavored I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (which does not go well with a cinnamon raisin bagel by the way) I would only come back in a pinch since I feel it has gone downhill since my last visit.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The facility needs some deep cleaning-- carpets are stained ad dingy looking, but everything was clean. Unfortunately there are no good places to "walk" to. There are close by restaurants with good food and UBER was quick to pick up Overall a great stay for the price

It was too cold (an hour north of houston!!) They refused an extra hour late checkout. Only one washcloth, 1 towel. Zero cups, glasses. Toilet seat was barely off the floor! Bed comfortable. Didnt see roaches or bedbugs. Rug looked dirty. Parking ok. I didnt re at the free carb laden breakfast. Convenient location. Price too high. Shouldve been 30-40 for the quality.

Staff is always nice. 3rd time staying here simply because of the price and location. Won’t be back. Always a bug or two in there. This time I lifted the blanket up and there was hair and other signs of the sheets not being changed. Shower drain was broken, lots of random loud noises from other guests.

Extremely disappointing. Our room key didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk everytime we needed to enter our room. At the time there weren’t any other rooms available. We should have been told about the situation with the door before we checked in. The next day we got another room with a working door. There was mold in the bathroom and cockroaches in the room. The staff was very nice and professional.

Thankfully there was no fire!

Check-in was quick and easy, the overall look on the out side was kinda rough looking. Our room had wires hanging out of the ceiling where the smoke detector was supposed to be. The smoke detector was located though, in the bottom dresser drawer. The person at the desk for check out was missing for a few minutes and when she did show up she was kinda rude.
