"Fantastic hotel. Gorgeous pool which was a welcome relief after a long drive. Lovely vibe in the evening with a dj and outside eating. We actually rebooked for the journey home as it was so perfect. Also next to a small plane airport so amazing to have them taking off while being in the pool."

"I want to applaud the entire staff of Arc-en-Ciel. I was travelling with my senior citizen father during the recent extreme heatwave. Given the need to protect him, I arrived long before check-in, hoping we could store our bags and head to a grocery store or some other cool place to wait out the peak of the sun’s strength. We were greeted immediately and, without question, checked in. Our room—as had others—had the fan running at full speed, with drapery and shades closed. The hotel itself was also darkened to keep the heat down. The staff positioned misting canisters and fans everywhere. They were so gracious and helpful. The woman who checked us in even gave us the most helpful directions to a central parking garage and a walking route of the town when we decided to brave the heat and go for a bit of look around. As for the room, it was comfortable and welcoming. As we drove into town, I can’t speak to how long it would take to walk to places like Petite Venice, but our drive was under five minutes, so likely not that long."

"Excellent climatized clean quiet room, comfy mattress, great shower pressure, breakfast pretty good (eggs, Brie cheese and others, croissants, other breads, cappuccino, other coffees and bio teas, delicious framboise yogurt, etc). Staff very friendly and helpful. Really nice area with games , decoration very cool :) will definitely come back when in Colmar next time."

"Loved my stay at Hotel St Martin in Colmar. Marine was very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome (woman traveling solo). The traditional bedroom was great, perfect size, the temperature was comfortable (climatized) and quiet for an excellent night of sleep (I’m a light sleeper). The location is a bonus - right in the middle of everything, stores, restaurants, etc. I have stayed in Colmar before in different hotels like Le Marechal and Le Colombier, and I really enjoyed staying at Hotel St Martin. It will probably be my choice when I come back with my hubby:)."

"We really enjoyed this hotel and had a lovely stay. The air conditioning worked very well! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant was excellent as well. The convenience of being right by the train station made it a great jumping off point for travels throughout the region. It was a bit of a walk to the old town, but we were there during a heatwave. It probably wouldn’t have felt so far in better weather. There is a free tourist bus that runs around town during the day. Also - the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!"
