Cozy, quiet and relaxing: all I needed!

The hotel was located very near to the beach and at walking distance from the town centre. Beautiful view, very comfortable rooms and soft beds, nice floor woodwork. Very kind staff.

Hotel un po’ dismesso

Appena arrivati, nonostante la prenotazione ed il pagamento anticipato, l’hotel è risultato overbooked. Siamo stati quindi dirottati in un appartamento poco lontano ma al momento privo di acqua calda, in quanto il boikerl era spento, privo di protezione per la luce e le finestre e con il monilio alquanto scadente. Comunque l’hotel, in rapporto ad altri, non risulta proporzionato rispetto la spesa.

Hotel sent us to budget apartment instead

Email confirmation said room was guarantee for late arrival. We arrived at 21:20, were told “the hotel is full”. Receptionist took our passports then lead us through back streets full of stray dogs to a dilapidated apartment block somewhere in the neighbourhood. So much for a guaranteed room. After waiting outside in the dark for 15 minutes, someone came to let us in. Room appalling, exposed wires, wardrobe door broken, hole in wall, bedsheets like scouring pads etc. Also directly off some sort of shared kitchenette and washing machine area which other residents used all night, keeping us awake. No one bothered to tell us a WiFi password (although obviously we were out of range for the hotel WiFi anyway) I could go on more about the appalling room we were given, but the upshot is despite booking a room at the hotel guaranteed for late arrival, the hotel couldn’t even deliver on this tiny aspect.

Great place

Very nice place out the down down a quiet lane although close enough to walk to town and pubs and restaurants. Fresh cooked omelette for breakfast and ham and cheese and bread also. Parking is good as we had the car. Very nice people too who were very helpful

good budget hotel

It was an excellent budget hotel for a one-night stay after the train arrived from Belgrade. The manager was kind enough to respond to my late arrival (the train was, as usual, delayed). The room was adequate, the breakfast was custom-made and good, and the hotel was a short taxi ride from the train/bus station. I can't comment on its suitability for a beach vacation, except that it appears to be within a few hundred yards of the beach. I think the hotel was good for the price and I'd recommend it.

Hotel un peu a l'ecart, accueil mitigé car assez froid. Chambre de premiere abord sympatique mais avec des fourmis, une salle de bains pas vraiment finie. Petit dejeuner par contre excellent avec une hote plus sympathique le matin

Don't bother, they certainly don't

I would comment about service at this hotel if there were any. Here, service doesn't exist. I stayed in Bar only because I took the train from Belgrade and arrived in Bar at night. I won't make that mistake again. I recommend going up to Budva or down to Ulcinj instead. If you have a car, have to stay in Bar, speak Serb, and have NO expectations of service, this place could be ok.

Nicht am Strand und doch charmant

Schönes neues ruhig gelegenes Haus mit sehr großzügigen und sauberen Zimmern.Der Chef des Hauses war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch, Brötchen,Marmelade etc. sollte man nicht erwarten.
