Upon arrival, the front desk staff were indifferent and unwelcoming—offering no assistance with luggage, which is surprising for a property of this caliber. "The staff and management is always helpful Had a problem with our itenarry and had to cut short our stay. Even though the booking was done via Expedia, they contacted the hotel and refund the remaining part of the stay. "

"Everything was great but j do think they should have their own shuttle for guests because the hill is too steep to walk and the locale bus is every hour. Also lots of bike peolle that could have used a lift. "

"Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. The stand out was the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive. We dined each evening of our seven night stay. The range of food on the menu was impressive and the quality first class. Obviously a very accomplished chef. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. They showed it was a happy place to work. I hope this review may encourage readers to enjoy a stay at this hotel as we have enjoyed. "
