Nice Ocean View 1bed room, full kitchen, near Waikiki Beach! Rooftop pool&BBQ.

  • Our beautifully remodeled 1 bed room unit with a split ACs is located in the Pacific Monarch with a balcony and awesome ocean views! It's only a few steps away from the famous Waikiki Beach, shopping, and restaurants. The unit has a full kitchen with all kitchen essentials. We provide quality shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, a set of towels per guest, coffee, sugar and cream, and some Hawaiian treats. 2 beach chairs, beach towels, body board, tennis rackets & balls, cooler box etc are also provided. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, but all depends of the age and size of each guest as the unit offers only 2 beds (1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 queen size sofa bed in the living room).
    Building amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sundeck, picnic and BBQ area on the rooftop with 360 degree of beautiful views. Coin operated laundry is located on the 3rd floor (PODS provided in the unit, quarters can be purchased at the front desk).

    The unit is recently renovated. It's bright & clean. You will enjoy awesome ocean views!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Bring all your card keys back to the front deck. Please make sure to let them know the keys are for #1302. *Additional fees ($7 per card) will be imposed if card keys are missing
Take out the trash (the trash chute is right outside of the door). Empty plastic bottles and cans are to put in a bag and leave it by the trash chute.
Wash and put away all used dishes
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
