"We had a family of 10 stay at Brian's house for 10 nights. The resort grounds are well maintained and have a great view of the ocean. Ample sleeping room for 10 people. A/C in all of the sleeping area came in handy during 80F days. House is well supplied. If your party is 10 adults, then it might feel a bit tight if everyone tried to linger in the family room.
