All staff are friendly. Manager Kwan actually greeted us after check-in and escorted us to a very nice room on 33/F. We were given welcome mini cakes and free drinks in the mini bar. I have been staying in this hotel several times and this time my experiment is the best.

Rosedale Hotel is in a very good location. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. In our family trip, this hotel was a great place. The transportation outside was convenient. The cleaning services were great too. I will definitely come back next time and refer this place to my friends.

The hotel situates close to prime shopping area and with restaurants of different cuisine Indonesian, Korean Japanese Cantonese etc providing delicious food. Able to meet different persons' desire. Staffs are helpful, courteous. Management is sensible and able to tackle the issue to cue the traffic of guest elevators with extra staffs to escort hotel guests to take the staff elevator to reach the lobby floor asap. Hotel restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch. The half buffet lunch is worth trying.

Great breakfast buffet with bacon, sausages, ham and hard-boiled eggs always a mainstay. Very convenient location with the A11 and E11 airport buses stopping nearby. The lifts are the only minor inconvenience. There were only two working lifts during my latest stay and they were often crowded and slow.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Everything in my room worked as well as I needed (comfortable bed, clean functioning bathroom, and TV). However, the elevator situation was a little iffy. There are 33 floors here, and at times only one of the three elevators was operational. Mostly it was two of three elevators that were operating, but this made for long waits at peak times of the morning (like breakfast and check-out time). Plan to wait a while each morning for the lift, including stopping at almost every floor on the way down.

The hotel is affordable and located in a very convenient spot. Only minutes away from all the buses and electric street cars from where we needed to go. The front door staff was very helpful; from calling for a taxi to lending an umbrella on rainy days, I was impressed by their hospitality. The only problem we had was with the elevator, as one of three was being repaired which increased wait times.
