My stay was great, room was clean, nice balcony, staff was friendly. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a microwave in our room. This is my second time booking this property. My first stay wasn’t that great, but this one made up for it. Thank you!

Neighborhood in renewal! Rough around edges but getting better. Waterfront beautiful. Should have more visible path from hotel front door to river.

The room was nice, but the delayed check in was very inconvenient. The lady at check in stated she was going to talk to her manager and have something be done because she said the siuation was "ridiculous" but when we checked out nothing was done/sai

Grew up there and love the new look. Especially, the Waterfront Mall. Dad worked at USS Steel-Homestead. I couldn't believe what they've done to the old steel mill area.
