"The hotel is very close to the centre of Porto and the nightlife area. I was a little worried about the noise, but there wasnt any. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms lovely and clean. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were outstanding and could not have been more helpful, especially as were due to leave on teh day of the national strike and our travel plans were up in the air. Good points: Clean rooms , modern features quiet rooms and Great staff.( Diogo especially as his knowledge and passion for helping us was 5 star. Bad points: The shower leaking all over the bathroom floor every time we used it and they had no mop in the hotel which means we had soaking wet towels on the floor to stop us slipping which wasn't ideal but our only option. "I very much enjoyed staying at the hotel, it was in a convenient location and the staff was excellent. I would say the only downside was the toilet and shower stalls. Both of the stalls have glass doors, which are see through and do not close securely. If you’re staying by yourself it’s fine but if you’re sharing a room, you have next to no privacy. I would not choose it again if I was sharing."
