"Our group of 9 adults, 4 kids enjoyed our 3-night stay with just a few issues. We loved the large amount of seating for our extended family, and the kitchen was a great size for preparing meals. The homemade cookies were very appreciated at check in! The back patio and backyard was a fun space to hang out as well. We went to Duck Lake State Park and Craig’s Cruisers, very fun!A couple reasons I didn’t rate an all around 5-stars. When we got there, there were so many flies inside! I’m guessing whoever cleaned left a lot of doors/windows open, because we killed a lot, and they were mostly gone after that. Still had some buzzing around the whole time. Also the upstairs bathroom door didn’t latch. But the main issue was the lack of air conditioning on the main level. There was only one portable unit in the living room, which was not enough for an 85 degree day! Those in the 3 bedrooms downstairs did not sleep well due to the heat. The master bedroom did not even have screens on the windows to let in some cooler air at night. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were very cool with individual units in each room. Also just a note for others planning to stay, there is no dishwasher! I did not realize this when I booked. Also, the pull out couches provide a pretty small sleeping area. We had 2 small kids fit ok on one, but I don’t think 2 adults would fit very well."

"Breakfast was good. Pool area looked great although we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Room was nice. We did have an issue with the first room we were offered. The privacy door latch was broken, and the tub was discolored but likely due to well water. The desk employee was nice and happy to give us another room which was much better. Quiet location, nice lobby, helpful employees. Plenty of free parking."

"I was in town for a wedding and I just needed a room for the night and the value was quite nice. Good price clean room. The property is not well landscaped but I didn’t care about that. I just needed a clean room for the night and so for my purposes, it was just fine. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean. The air-conditioning was nice. It was just lovely."
