"Most amenities are an extra charge, morning breakfast, the pool access, coffee. Our room had a large whole in the drywall and floors and bathroom were not very clean. It’s a nice location but free parking is a 10min hike up a mountain and isn’t easily accessible. There’s frequent trams into Oslo but again it’s a 10-15 steep walk up and down. There’s very few food options near the hotel if you don’t want to spend hundreds of $ on a meal."

"There wasn’t a lunch time at the stay was just breakfast and dinner"

"Leider kein Aufzug. Wer mit viel Gepäck reist wird da evtl. ein Problem haben. Alles andere war aber wunderbar!"

"I am writing to formally complain about the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment I received from a staff member on Tuesday 30 July , an incident witnessed by your manager, Mr. Marcos. Due to a timing oversight, I was 45 minutes late for checkout. I took full responsibility, apologized for the delay, and explicitly stated that I was willing to pay any standard financial penalties. "Without question, this is one of the finest hotels in Oslo, offering an extraordinary blend of architectural brilliance, sophisticated design, impeccable hospitality, and exceptional dining. Housekeeping was exceptional, with evening turndown service accompanied by delightful pastries. The Bluetooth speaker...

"Perfect hotel at a perfect location. We always stay here when we visit Oslo."

"This hotel is in a great location, easy walk from central station for getting in to the city, and getting around. Room was a good size, bed was comfy, shower was very good. Did not partake in breakfast, it seemed a tad expensive. Lots of good restaurants and bakeries in the area too."

"Ok"

"Hotellet virker lidt slidt, men der er rent og pænt. Beliggenhed uden for Oslo centrum, men der er busstoppested i gå afstand."

"The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and that carried all the way through from the staff in the breakfast room to those in the dinner room. The food was amazing and both breakfast and dinner were varied and healthy. The hotel made our stay in Oslo a wonderful experience. Thank you. This is the best hotel I have stayed at!"

"Worst experience ever in my life , room was like a toilet"
