"We paid extra to have a specific suite style room for two nights in April 2026 I booked the reservation in January. We arrived at the property and checked in it was not the room that I had booked online, the layout was very different and it was much more worn out, dark, and dingy than the pictures online. Weird bathroom and no kitchenette/sink. I went to the front desk to show them my reservation and was told that the pictures are just examples of the rooms and not the exact rooms. I asked specifically to be moved to the room that we had booked and we were told that they were sold out for the night and we could check back in the morning to see if that room was available. We had just traveled for 8 hours and were on our way to a concert. We stayed in the room for the night and went back to the front desk in the morning and were told that the room we had booked would be available for the 2nd night, but we would need to check out of our first room by 11 and would not be able to get into the other room until 3. Well, I understand it was not the staffs error, I never once received an apology, but more of just explanation of the situation. We chose to just eat the cost and booked a different hotel room for our last night in Fort Lauderdale rather than deal with the hassle at this resort. I have since looked at all their pictures posted online and not one of them shows the room that we were given. Cleanliness was unacceptable, lots of dust on most surfaces. "
