Outdoor living

Your private backyard is a true retreat - fully fenced and designed for both play and relaxation. Cool off in the pool, open 24 hours and available year-round, or unwind on the patio with outdoor dining and a hammock for lazy afternoons. Challenge friends to life-size games or a few rounds on the multiple mini golf putting greens before ending the night by the fire pit or on the outdoor movie screen.



Indoor entertainment

When you’re ready to come inside, the fun continues in the game room featuring arcade favorites, ping pong, skee-ball, and basketball shootouts. A movie theater area with a 70-inch TV and sound system sets the stage for cozy nights in, while a theme room adds a playful touch for both kids and adults.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps 12-16 guests with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 baths. Two king suites feature ensuite baths and direct pool access. The private poolside suite, attached to the main home with its own entrance, includes a king bed, ensuite bath, sofa that converts to a full-size bed, and space for rollaway twin beds upon request. Two queen bedrooms provide additional comfort, each with soft linens, blackout shades, and ample storage.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals and morning rituals. Choose from a full Coffee Bar Selection including a Keurig Café for cappuccinos and lattes, a Nespresso Vertuo Espresso maker, drip coffee machine, French press, and electric kettle with Tazo Teas. Cook with GE stainless steel appliances, then gather around the dining table or enjoy dinner on the covered patio.



Family comfort

Villa Oasis is thoughtfully prepared for families. You’ll find a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, changing table, outlet covers, and children’s playroom with toys, books, and games for ages 0-10. A baby monitor is available upon request.



Convenience & features

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace with ergonomic chair, laundry with washer and dryer, and parking for up to nine vehicles including RV or boat space. The home is pet-friendly and single level with no stairs.
