This townhome is located approximately .7 miles south of the Surf City High Rise Bridge.

The sound views and sunsets are amazing from the living room and downstairs bedroom, both offering sliding glass doors that lead out to the decks. The downstairs deck is covered by the top deck.

This townhome does not provide linens but can be provided for an additional charge. Inquire with TI Rentals.

3 Color TVs (TV in living room has ROKU and an antenna, downstairs TV has ROKU and the other TV has a firestick)

Bed sizes are 2 kings & 2 twins - Sleeps 6 people (Bed & bath linens are included)
*Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property. For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival.

-Community POOL with bathroom - Pool is open Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates are subject to change) ** Additional pool restrictions or unexpected closures may occur per the HOA, this would be out of our control and no compensation would be given**
-Short walk to public park with playground, basketball court and soundside boardwalk

* Check in time 3 PM.
* Check out time is 10 AM.
