"Mixed emotions on the stay. On the one hand the room and staff were all lovely and helpful, but an unfortunate situation has really tarnished the stay for us. We had a drink in the bar late one evening, and charged the drinks to the room per the bartenders request. We paid for these upon checkout, where we were asked to pay £45 pounds. I paid, thinking little of it other than it being a bit expensive. This didn't really sit right with us so we asked for the receipt, and saw that the drinks...

"We loved our stay at The Laslett. The location was perfect to get to Central London as well as Wimbledon and there are so many great restaurants near the hotel itself. Isabella at the Front Desk was exceptionally helpful to us during our stay, and our room was immaculate and spacious. Also arranged for a fantastic massage treatment in the hotel's spa which was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The double sofa sleeper was a fold down futon and not big enough for two adults. I wouldn’t advise 4 people staying in the basement unit unless it’s children. There were ants crawling around right from the start, in the entrance and in the apartment. The air conditioner had no control panel and it was hot and no air flow in the basement. Tried connecting with someone on the Tuesday and Friday was when someone came to look at it. We had thankfully figured it out so only had two nights of no sleep...
