"Great location, quiet, close to shops. However no reception staff on duty at 3pm on a weekday. We locked ourselves out of our room tried to contact thrm by phone and email. No response. Luckily a fellow guest helped us. Also a group of youths were accessing the secure property without authorisation. Reported this the next day, they said they knew about it, but obviously hadnt taken too many steps to fix the issue, which was a little unsettling"

"Ok I get that hotels in Denmark are more expensive than others but this one was not inexpensive. Clearly focussed and providing accomodation for the large number of corporates in this area so this place is more like a dormitory than a hotel. It had no ventilation so was oppressively hot and stuffy. Once you open the window you are subjected to the monorail whizzing by all night and then the local council decided to mow the lawns with big machines at 2am. So not much sleep. Then the shower drain...
