This beautiful first floor St. Andrews Villa is a 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom with screened in-patio. It is nestled between stunning Live Oak trees and the Legendary George Fazio 14th hole.
The master suite, with a new Marriott king-sized bed and adjoining master bath with golf course views and French doors leading to the covered screened in-patio.

The kitchen is updated with new appliances and has all the amenities you need.

The living room offers spacious gathering area, a sleeper sofa and French doors opening onto the covered screened in-patio. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee, reading or just relaxing while enjoying an unobstructed tropical view. A new 46 inch LCD flat screen TV with high definition cable channels and high speed internet are free extras that will make you feel at home.

I booked this property for my out of town family at Christmas and it was perfect! The location was great - very central to everything. The property was very clean and well-maintained and my family loved staying there. Kent, the property owner, was so helpful with any questions we had and very prompt in his response. My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway for the weekend and found this wonderful villa! Everything was perfect from the decor, the view and being pet friendly. :-) Kent and Lisa were excellent to work with and were quick to respond to any of our questions. The location was perfect for going to the beach, restaurants and Shelter Cove. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Hilton Head! We will definitely be back and look forward to staying in this villa!!!

This condo was perfect for my daughter and I. We were there for a week long event at the Marriott. It was nice to get away from the busy hotel and have place to relax away from it all. Yet only a 4 minute drive to the beach. We loved the screened in porch too! Way better than a hotel room.

We've been visiting the island for years but this was our first stay at St. Andrews Common. We had a wonderful escape for the holidays in this lovely villa. Pretty decor, clean and well-equipped. Kent was very accommodating and extremely responsive before, during and following our stay. This bright, sunny, comfortable villa is centrally located to everything you need. It was perfect for our holiday break and we look forward to returning. Thank you!

This property was perfect for my husband, my spoiled shih tzu, and me to spend a week. The bike ride to the beach wasn't too far. The pool is very close by and partially shaded. My husband loved sitting on the screen porch watching the 14th green like it was the US Open. It was a very quiet area. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo is in a great location. It is furnished with nice furniture and is pretty roomy for a one bedroom condo. The owner was very responsive to answer any questions, which was wonderful. The kitchen really needs to be updated to meet the standard expected of a rental on Hilton Head. The view of the George Fazio golf course from the condo was really beautiful! We had a great time!

Kent and Lisa provided great accommodations for our stay in Hilton Head. It is close to bike trails, a pool and a short ride or walk to the ocean. Also easy access to plenty of shopping and restaurants just down the road. The condo itself was clean and neat and provided a full access kitchen, bath and laundry. Bed was super cozy and lots of space to spread out if needed - a screened porch and nice living room area allowed us to have our son and his family in for a visit. If in the area again, we would definitely choose to stay with Kent and Lisa again.

This is our second stay at Kent and Lisa's lovely condo with our furry babies in tow. St. Andrew's Common is a peaceful and picturesque condo community. This condo has one of the best, if not, THE best views of the golf course! There's also a small body of water with birds to view as well. We enjoyed having meals in the screened-in patio area, watching golfers and wildlife. The condo has new flooring and it's absolutely gorgeous! You will enjoy the cozy, beachy vibe of this place with tons of natural light. The condo is fairly well stocked with all you will need for your stay. Kent and Lisa, thanks again for a wonderful vacation to HH. We hope to return with our boys next summer!

We spent a week in this villa in mid December and found it perfect for a couple. The location is great as it is central to dining, shopping and island activities. The unit was very comfortable and attractively furnished. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The owner was responsive and accommodating throughout the rental process and we enjoyed the opportunity to meet him during our stay. The grounds leading into and surrounding the villa are beautiful displays of the Hilton Head lifestyle. We vacation via VRBO several times a year and this villa is now on our list of ones we would like to visit again in the future. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with others thru VRBO!

We stayed for a week and could not ask for more in a rental property. The location within Palmetto Dunes was great for us and the location of the unit within the complex made it seem like a stand alone property. It was an easy walk to the beach, little under a mile, for us. The unit was in the back of the St. Andrews complex with a great screen porch over looking the golf course. One day of our stay was completely rained out but the porch saved it for us. In closing I would just like to say thank you to the Kent (owner) for great service and for providing us with a unit that was better than described. We will be renting again.
