2023 full kitchen and bathroom renovation completed! Enjoy upgrades and new furniture throughout this cozy villa with a stunning view of the Lighthouse and Yacht Basin in Harbour Town! You'll find a Harbour Town Pool Pass in your villa to access the Harbour Town Pool located just around the corner from Caravel Court!

1035 Caravel Court is a spacious one-bedroom, 3rd-floor villa with views of the world-famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin & Lighthouse. There is an elevator in the building. Sip sweet tea or enjoy cocktails on the balcony while watching the boats come and go. There is a shared laundry room just across the hall from this villa. Take advantage of restaurants, shops, golf, tennis & water activities, all just a short walk from your vacation "home away from home." The fully-equipped, updated kitchen with granite counters is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or enjoying a delightful meal in the dining area or outside on the balcony. The open living area makes a great place to enjoy movie night (and we'll provide the popcorn!). After playing at the beach and enjoying island adventures, you'll find a restful retreat in the spacious primary bedroom. Strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures. Book now!

**Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. Flawless

Very clean! Perfect location, quiet, convenient, easy access. Very well equipped, lots of nice touches from host. No cable TV, only streaming, but that seems to be the norm these days. Very comfortable sofa and love seat (not common). Overall, a great rental

Almost perfect

Location was awesome, as we have been to Harbor Town many times we appreciated the short walk to the shops and restaurants.One thing we might suggest is it would be nice to have a few coffee pods and creamer available upon arrival for the first morning. Thought you should know that the bathroom door does not close!

Never gets old looking out at Calibogue Sound! The view of the Lighthouse and the newly renovated Quarterdeck is a Bonus!! The villa is beautiful and fully equipped for your stay! Will definitely return!!

What a View!

Obviously a great location with fantastic view. We spent lots of time on the balcony. Facility decor is somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Sliding door to balcony does not lock but not a concern. Bed and linens could be refreshed..Building public areas in great shape.

Best Harbortown View!

Lovely property. Well stocked with everything needed from utensils, pots and pans, kitchen supplies, bath towels and even beach towels. Very comfortable living room furniture. We would definitely return , and have recommended this condo to several friends.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. We have been to SeaPines several times and this was the best location we have experienced overlooking the harbor and shops/restaurants. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Host to Coast was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this unit highly!

Perfect location!

I so enjoyed staying on the harbour. Walked to bakery & cafe for breakfast/lunch and to CQ’s & Quarter Deck for dinner. Rented bike to explore all of Sea Pines. Walked to golf, tennis, shops & pickleball. Ideal!

Great View in Harbour Town

We had a great week of Sunsets and Sunrises from this property. Awesome location for relaxing. Great shops and Restaurants walking distance. We found our new favorite Bakery for breakfast right next door, Harbour Town Bakery and Cafe, it's a must stop!

Great location

Overall very acceptable. Bathroom needs some work as it is dated. Would have enjoyed better TV watching as some channels I watch (Golf) were not available.

Excellently Surprised

We were delighted that we were going to stay directly across from the iconic Lighthouse and would be close to our favorite HH bakery and breakfast. But were excellently surprised by the new to us, “pavilion” restaurant and bar complex next to the Lighthouse!! Food and ambiance were great even before considering the twilight view, watching the light of the sun ever changing the wonderful low country view. Already booked a comeback!!

Location and view from balcony is awesome!!!!! Many great restaurants are walkable! Would return. Villa could use some updating. Look forward to next Hilton Head vacation!
