Perfect

This property has an amazing view of the ocean. It was very clean, located close to fantastic local restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. We were only there for a few days, but would definitely stay again if we were in the Hilton Head area.

Best stay we ever had in Hilton head.

I don't think the pictures accurately depicted this place. It was way better than the pictures show. You should really take more pictures of the view It was amazing.!! The location was amazing! We never had to start our car from the moment we parked it until we left. Restaurants and All kind of shopping, including grocery in walking distance,a lot of them 500ft. or less. We have stayed several places in Hilton head in the past year. Stayed in sea pines at Christmas and paid a lot more. Will definitely go back to this location every time we go to Hilton head if it's available.

Perfect Location

If you're looking for a condo with the ideal location, this is it! Look no further! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, bike path is right outside and you are OCEANFRONT! The condo was just fine, nothing fancy, but we wanted to be near the action so we chose this condo for its location. Our teenage son slept on the pull-out couch, so it accommodated 3 of us. Pool area is great. I highly recommend this condo for its location.

Great Place - No internet and no TV

This would be a great place and location except the internet didn't work and the TV didn't work. The cable modem only put out 3 MBPS. We unplugged the modem twice and the speed never increased and would drop to less than 1 MBPS. The TV was pixelated, and sound came in and out. Clearly the owner has not invested in the internet. Overall a good place but we would not come back until the internet is fixed to standards expected in today's world.

44 remotes for main TV. Hard to identify which remote for TV. No instructions for operating Remote. Never able to get channels on bedroom TV. Need remotes labeled and instructions. NO closets in any room. Great location And view but uncomfortable condo. No bedside tables

Great Location! Needs updating!

Awesome view overlooking the beach! However, the wooden floor on the balcony was rotted. The floors were dirty and we ran out of hot water! The quarters were a little tight. The pool was heated and clean!! We felt very safe.

Perfect View

We loved the location. I would definitely stay there again just because of that! The only thing I would recommend to property management is that they do a deep cleaning. Rug in living room has some stains and the kitchen sink had mold growing around it. The floor dips in several places throughout the condo, I questioned if maybe it had a flood in it before. The deck as mentioned by another review definitely needs replacing as it is rotted. These items wouldn't keep me from staying there again as they are just cosmetic! The view and convenience was totally worth it! I rated the property management as a 4 but never had to communicate with them.

Overall a good platce.

Overall the place was good. The outdoor balcony has rotted wood and the sliding glass door is very hard to open and makes a lot of noise. The bathroom sink leaks and the toilet paper holder is rusted. The bedroom should have blackout curtains as the light on the hallway was very bright. With no elevator, loading and unloading was very hard for us older people. It does have an awesome view.!

As far as location goes it is very convenient to Coligny plaza and all the shops and dining. Of course the view from the balcony is also great! The condo itself needs a lot of updating and a better deep cleaning. Also, you have to remember location is convenient but Coligny is a public beach which will bring in a lot of traffic to the beach. Likely would not come back to this condo unless it had been updated.
