The property was extremely dog friendly. It was very convenient to park right outside your room and you had a patio for your dogs to go out. I only have two suggestions one there was no bathtub in our room only a shower and the second is there was no closet. There were only knobs to hang your clothes, but other than that everything was wonderful.

We loved our stay!!🙏❤️ The only thing that we were missing was a breakfast! Maybe they could have a simple breakfast at the hotel! But the room was nice and quiet! The staff was so friendly! And the Hotel was so peaceful! Thank you so much for our wonderful time at the hotel!

Loved the location which is one block from main shopping area. Staff was super helpful and attentive. We stayed in a king balcony room and pls note that they are very small rooms. I usually compare room sizes but their website did not list SQ footage. . Our first room had a very bad cat smell and we asked immediately to move to another room. Graciously, the mgr gave us another room and it smelled better but it still had a faint cat smell. Later in our 3 night stay we overheard another guest complaining about the same. Apparently cats were once allowed but no longer. We also had a difficult time finding a charger in the town and were told most travel 30 min to charge. The cooler weather trumped all these issues and we actually extended our stay by a day

The location is close to Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and accomidating. The grounds were well maintained and landscaped beautifully. Our only issue was there seemed to be a lot of mold on the shower walls. The bathroom always smelled moldy. We were in room 212.

It’s such a beautiful hotel and it’s close to the shopping area, great restaurants, and it’s not too far from the waterfalls and hiking spots. Staff were incredibly kind and checking in and out was super easy. We chose a patio room which was really easy to access as we just had to park outside our room. The room was thoughtfully decorated, gorgeous interior and very cozy beds. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Overall it’s a great hotel and it helped make our trip magical.
