nicely appointed room, too bad about the racism

Great location. Snazzy room and bathroom, lovely 24/7 fireplace lounge! Conveniently located - walking distance to excellent restaurants. High end shopping only. Disappointed that front desk staff needed to disparage the recent black lives matter protest... people are entitled to their ugly social and political views, but I prefer they kept them to themselves in a business transaction.

The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to all of Highlands. Our room was very nice and we loved our fireplace. We didn't get to use the amenities due to COVID restrictions/NC Curfew but will stay here again and can't wait to enjoy them then!

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful rooms, and lobby. Nice coffe service in the morning. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We had a lot of people near us checking out very early, and it was very noisy.

Very quaint and in a great location in town. Rooms are very modern and clean. I would recommend you ask for a room off the road. It could be a little noisy.

Wonderful Experience

We couldnt be more pleased with our 3 night stay at 200 Main. Front desk and housekeeping staff couldnt be more friendly or helpful. Rooms were large, clean and luxurious. Bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel located on Main within walking distance of restauants and shops. Highly recommend.

Comfortable accommodations within walking distance to everything in town. Rooms are updated and have an extra power station. Only drawbacks are tight parking and the AC cycles on/ off a lot.

Nice room, but a little small for the price

Room was a little smaller than expected, however nice furnishings and clean/comfortable. The only item that was not up to par with the rest was the drinking cups, cheap plastic for cold, cardboard for hot, glass and ceramic would have been much nicer. Good location, right along Main Street.

Corner King w/fireplace was beautiful. Recommendations to make this a pure go to: With the hard wood floors, slippers and robes are needed. Especially in the winter tracking rain or snow inside the room, you didn't want to walk barefoot or in socks. You also had to go to the lobby to ask for bottled water. Instead, please just leave bottled water in the rooms. Those were the only suggestions but big ones.

Beautiful Setting on a hill near the end of the historic walking district. It was too cold and rainy for us to walk to shop but on a nice day, it would be a great walk. Super convenient location with appealing and quaint room interiors. Great game room & outdoor fire pit overlooking the main street.

Luxury feel at an affordable price

I rode my motorcycle to Highlands with a friend and loved this hotel. I plan to come back with my wife. The property is pristinely clean, the lobby is cozy, the staff welcoming, and the room was seemingly brand new. The bathroom was beautiful and the bedding very comfortable. My only critique is that the shower water pressure could be a bit stronger.

The room was well lit and inviting when we arrived It was clean, bathroom floor was heated, tv was good size. Only complaint would be the cars starting in the morning....bring earplugs if that bothers you
