"The hotel was very convenient for our flight from London Stanstead. Clean and welcoming. The only issue we had was that the booking in system was down which meant a long queue at reception. We were told it would be up and running soon but unfortunately that wasn't the case. We ate hoping it would be resolved but didn't actually get into our room until after 11pm, having arrived at 9pm . By way of apology they waivered the car parking charge which was a nice gesture."

"Hotel & staff were amazing, clean, tidy very friendly staff. Ideal location for Abba Voyage & Olympic Stadium just 15 mins walk!! Brekkie was very nice & plenty available, even when its hectic with guests! Would book again x"

"Room was clean, but a little tired being honest. Love the Ibis pod bathroom design. Bed and pillows I found extremely comfortable and had the best nights sleep I’d had in ages! Check in woman was very friendly and efficient. Worst thing was poor quality sausages in the breakfast selection - always a pet hate of mine. Apart from that all good 👍 "

"This was an excellent hotel that met all my expectations for cleanliness, service and more. The hotel is not located in the main tourist hub, but we were pleasantly surprised that it’s right across from a popular mall which is massive with lots of shops and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to London."

"A perfect stay. Close to the airport so really convenient in the morning. Car park busy but managed to find a space within a minute. The bar was lovely, a lovely busy vibe. The lady that checked us in was absolutely lovely."

"This family run business was truly fantastic. All the staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Our junior suite was super, to a high level of cleanliness and everything you could possibly need for our stay. Air conditioning in the junior suite and also the lounge made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel upstairs lounge and garden seating was extremely comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and again the staff were tremendous. Definitely going to return again and advising all of our friends to book a stay there as they will certainly not be disappointed at any level."

"After reading quite a lot of negative reviews our expectations were quite low. However we were pleasantly surprised. For the price we paid £144 for 2 nights I can’t fault it. Large room, good amenities and very clean. Plus you have access to the pool and spa facilities. Excellent value for money."
