Highly recommend! Lovely accommodations and small resort on the lake. Great seating on the lawn to enjoy the lake. Inside sitting areas are large and comfortable. I would stay here again.
We had a view from our room of the lake which was lovely. The grounds and common areas are lovely and enjoyable. Staff was very pleasant helpful.
We hope to return in the future for a longer stay! Thank you

The entire property was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. From checking in to checking out everything went smoothly. The on-site restaurants is delicious as well. We will definitely be back!
First stay - just for 2 nights with family. Good location and all the basic amenities. Would return if was passing through again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV did not work, and the staff came to fix it but the only way we could watch it is if we used our Netflix - no other channels . This year curtains had giant rips in them. the price per night just wasn’t worth that - I feel like I could get the same room at comfort inn for way less . They have a beautiful antler Chandelier under the portico when you pull in, but when you look at up close it was covered in cob Webs . Every door down the hallway had scuffs and chipped paint.
The room was clean but not worth the price.
I liked the view and the idea of s'mores by campfire. Property is very outdated. Furniture from 70's and worn out. Pool needs to be updated and tikihut looks ready to fall down. Amenities not open late enough and separate from property. Service at the restaurant was awful. Waited 30 minutes to be seated and it was empty. Waited 30 minutes more for drinks. Food was good though.

beautiful property & views right on the lake. back of property. lakeside, especially nice and well maintained. Overall very good experience, friendly & helpful staff, nice updated/renovated room with great comfortable beds, large HD TV & excellent shower and bathroom.
Older property and building which still needs more updating, maintenance & renovation - especially parking area, hallways, and some other common areas.
Roof repairs being conducted when we stayed there in early October.
Amenities & restaurants somewhat limited but very nice and mostly easily accessible.
Would describe more as a lodge than "resort" but still overall good property, conveniently located with great views, Some road noise due to close proximity to local highway 76 however, minimal distraction or problems.
The Oaks restaurant small but very attractive. Good food, drinks, specials/happy hour, service and some nice "extras"/surprises but a little pricey for dinner.
We had a busy schedule for a short stay. The staff was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Wish we had been able to enjoy more of the amenities, but perhaps another time.
We got an upgrade to a suite, which was nice but it turned out to be next to the 24 hour gym... not so nice...
the views are awesome and the grounds are beautiful.
Nice clean rooms . We spent 4 nights
The housekeeping comes to clean every 3 days .which I request to come and change at least the dirty towels every days.
I have to go to the desk to ask for more toilet paper .
This is a lovely, small resort on Lake Chatuge in north Georgia. We had a lakeview, king room which was clean and spacious. Excellent shower and coffee maker. The only drawback was some mold in the shower due, probably, to fan not working. We had a small deck overlooking the lake. There is a beautiful pool on property, but it needs repair on tiles. Clean with lots of umbrellas and comfortable seating. There is an excellent restaurant that serves only dinner during the week and a pricey coffee kiosk in the main lobby. They had fire put with s’more offerings each evening. No real breakfast options on site during our stay.
The resort is well located near restaurants, boating and swimming areas as well as golf courses. About 7 minutes outside of downtown Hiawassee. We’ll be back.
Our recent stay at the Ridges was very enjoyable. It was a weekend getaway for me and my gf and it did not disappoint.
Breakfast at their restaurant was delicious and the service excellent. We both found our beds to be super comfy with the bedding of European quality. The shower had good pressure and the ac worked well and was quiet. Both my friend and I agreed we would visit again and definitely recommend the resort.
