"Room was pretty clean. Couple spider webs, grasshopper, horse fly, gnats and a mouse. Super convenient location to tours, hiking and food! Night sky is amazing sunrise and sunsets perfect! I would stay here again!"

"This might be one of the most economic places to stay in Durango. I just wish they had other things at the property like a pool or gym but this is a basic place. Nothing fancy but it does provide what is needed, a place to stay. And a simple breakfast is included."

"This property is a hidden gem. The cabin was immaculate and surrounded by beautiful trees with an excellent view of pastures, horses, and hills. The cabin was just as described and centrally located between Mesa Verde National Park and Durango. It is just enough off the beaten path to see the wondrous heavens at night without any light pollution. Kathleen is an amazing host and if we are ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to book her place again if it were available. Highly recommended! Thanks Kathleen for a wonderful experience!"
