Bansin belongs as one of the three imperial baths to the municipality Heringsdorf. In the village are good shopping for daily needs available. The place is especially popular with families. The beach promenade is created from Bansin Heringsdorf to Ahlbeck throughout and is thus suitable for a long walk to visit the resort architecture with many restored villas. The condominium is located between the train station and town center in a very quiet location. The access to the parking lots is via the Seestraße. The train station is about 500 m. From the condominium you walk in 6 minutes to the supermarket / bakery or this past in a total of 11 minutes to the center, that directly into the beach promenade or the beach. The complex was built in 1994-96, consists of a total of about 60 built in Scandinavian style wooden houses (half of which are apartments / terraced houses) and is interspersed with old trees. The house is 56 m² and has on the ground floor a large open plan living area with kitchen and a storage room. Through many windows (all with insect screen), the house is pleasantly bright. The stairs lead to the upper castle, where you have next to the bathroom / shower room a bedroom and another sleeping or Nursery expected. All windows are equipped with Doppelplissess, which both view and Sun protection offer as well as for the darkening of the rooms are suitable (exceptions: children's room: only darkening and bath: inside blind). A Wi-Fi network is available free of charge, and we assume no liability for the actual availability, suitability or reliability of the Internet access, since the Wi-Fi is set up for the entire resort. Our house is for max. 5 people furnished. We have equipped it cozy and child-friendly. In the open kitchen you are even when cooking mittmang, even if others are just resting on the leather couch, play or watch TV. The apartment has all the amenities you need on holiday to feel comfortable. Especially for our younger guests we have provided with buggy, cot, high chairs for small and very small children, children's dishes, Bobbycar etc. But our adult guests do not have to be bored even in bad weather. Games, books, TV, hi-fi system and DVD player are at leisure. Sleeping is in the bedroom in a large double bed and in the bedroom / children's room in a bunk bed with a pull-out third bed. The bunk bed is also suitable for adults. In the apartment smoking is not allowed, unfortunately we can not allow pets. We are partners of the Ahlbeck-Therme, in the apartment you will find a card, which grants you discounts on the entrance fee. The Hotel zur Post (about 10 minutes on foot) offers a spa and wellness area for non-hotel guests. Bansin is also very suitable as a starting point for tours into the hinterland of the island. The place is very well integrated into the bicycle network of the island.
