This is the ideal location for visiting Hendersonville. It’s close to everything you need for the entire stay.

Great location

The apartment is right on Main St and walking distance to everything there. The only downside is that the apartment shares parking with a realty company. Plan on extra time to play parking jenga if you need to use your car during business hours.

Hendersonville Downtown

Great stay! Very convenient to explore surrounding areas. Great to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

We were very happy with the location and the property itself. It is a very nice place. It is centrally located to all of the shops and restaurants. You don’t need to drive anywhere unless you need a grocery store. If we come back to Hendersonville we will stay here again. We were pleasantly surprised by the city itself. There is a lot to do in that small town. There are some very good restaurants that can compete with any big city. Shine was our favorite.

Great location

Great location to enjoy downtown Hendersonville, just step out and you are on Main Street, in the middle of great dining and shopping. Hendersonville is cleaner and feels a lot safer than Asheville (having owned a downtown condo in Asheville for 10 years, we witnessed first-hand the decline of Asheville, what a shame!). Highly recommend this property...

Great location!

Very nice condo; updated and modernized. Outdoor cushions need to be replaced. Promised starter detergents were not available, and no dish towels, which required an early trip to the market. Limited paper supplies were available.

Daughter's wedding

beautiful place and location. Until we had issues with shower/tub combo. We could overlook the irritating squeaky bed / head board, which needs to be replaced. We called the number given to us for property manager, but never received a call back. I had to go to the real estate office next door which covers this place. Finally got a hold of someone, who came by to look at the problem with the faucet: was at first very hard to turn on, then after taking a shower, the water continued to run despite best efforts to turn off the faucet. Water continued to come out. They decided to call a plumber. That evening we were getting ready for an event for daughters wedding which was the next day, One of our party was unable to shower due to this issue, since it used up all the hot water. After we left to go to our daughters pre wedding event, the person with real estate office wanted us to return to condo for the key to the place, they did not have access to the spare key, due to property manager being off that day, and her office was locked and they were unable to access it. Owner of place was also unable - they lived about 1 1/2 hour away. They expected us to return to condo with the key and wait on plumber, this was after receiving a text saying that they would leave a key for the plumber who was due to arrive between 6 - 7pm. finally after numerous text messages, the guy agreed to meet with us at the event and get the key for condo. The stay started well but ended badly

The apartment is wonderful. Great location in a great town. We did experience difficulty contacting the owner to ask for help with a couple of concerns. Finally gave up and decided to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend.

Excellent!!!

So cute, clean and convenient - we totally enjoyed our stay. Great shower with good hot water. Christmas lights right across the street visible through the windows. Quiet and roomy! Just a wonderful VRBO!!!

Family Event

My need for this stay was a place centrally located in town, near services and stores within walking distance, that would be comfortable for me to relax and stay and have enough room for my family to visit and socialize, and this property met all of those needs and exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable, beautiful, clean, and the location ideal and near available parking for all of my family’s needs. It was very easy to check in and check out. I highly recommend!

Birthday fun

Great place and great location. No need to drive anywhere. The only complaint is they need new beds, we could not get comfortable. otherwise, it is wonderful.

We really loved this place.

Met our daughter and son in law for a special get away in one of favorite towns. The condo was simply perfect for us - all clean and shiny and modern and well-decorated. It was so much fun to be able to just walk downstairs for coffee. We hardly got in the car all week. The Hendersonville Saturday morning farmers market is worth the trip alone!
