Welcome to Simple Life House — Western North Carolina's favorite home for groups who want space, comfort, and views that stop you in your tracks. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat sleeps up to 12 across two full levels, with mountain and valley views from nearly every angle, a covered outdoor entertaining area, two fire pits, and everything a large group needs to actually relax. Positioned between Brevard, Hendersonville, and the Blue Ridge wilderness, close to everything, and far from ordinary.

Arrival & Parking

Pull into the paved driveway or the large gravel parking area — there's room for the whole crew, even if you're arriving in multiple vehicles. From the moment you step out of the car, the views hit you: mountains, valleys, and tree lines in every direction. Check-in is fully self-guided via keypad smart lock — your unique door code will be sent through the booking platform a few days before arrival. A keybox with an emergency backup key is also on-site, just in case.

Covered Outdoor Living Area

Before you even step inside, the covered outdoor space will earn its keep. This is a full outdoor room — ceiling fans, warm string lights, roll-up shade screens, and a dining table that seats six. A propane grill is ready to go and propane is provided. Right next to it, a gas fire pit with a comfortable outdoor couch is perfect for morning coffee or late-night conversations under the stars. Propane for the fire pit is provided as well. Around front, a Solo Stove fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs sits in the grass yard — accessible from the upstairs dining room door or from the lower level walkout. Two fire pits, zero arguments about who gets to use one.

Step inside through the smart lock entry and you're immediately welcomed by the first living room — a bright, window-filled space with sweeping mountain views and an electronic fireplace flanked by comfortable couches. Natural light pours in from all sides.

Main Level — Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen and dining room are designed with big groups in mind. Natural stone countertops, a French-door refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-Cups, and a full suite of cookware, bakeware, and serveware. Cooking for ten here is actually enjoyable. The dining room seats six beneath large windows with more mountain views, and an air purifier keeps the air fresh throughout. The beautiful tile gas fireplace in the dining room is currently undergoing a full renovation and will be back in use by winter.

Main Level — Primary Bedroom

The primary bedroom is the standout suite of the home. A queen bed, smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a tiled standing shower give it a hotel-like feel. Step through the door onto the walkout balcony — strung with lights and framed by mountain views — and you'll understand why guests fight over this room. A closet with an extra blanket and luggage rack is included, as in every bedroom.

Lower Level — Second Living Area

A card table and a selection of board games round it out. A walkout door leads to the gravel yard and a concrete patio with open mountain views — a quieter corner of the property worth discovering.

Simple Life House puts you right in the heart of Western North Carolina's best — close enough to Hendersonville, Brevard, Asheville, and the Blue Ridge wilderness to do it all, far enough away to actually decompress when you get back.
