Wonderful

This location and cottage was wonderful. We loved our stay. The virtual staff were very quick to communicate with me. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was b/c the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Other than that, everything was EXCELLENT. Will definitely visit again, despite the water pressure.
This is a unique place. Very convenient. Nicley updated and comfortable room. Gazebo is a nice meeting area. A couple of minor complaints... no ice and bed pillows are too large. Check-in by text was convenient and I assume they would be responsive if you had an issue, but no one on site. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Everything on this property was done online. We were fine with it and the communication was great through text. The rooms were like cute cottages with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the evening.
This was our second time staying at this place and I must say they do not disappoint! Such a cozy and well maintained premise. It’s so peaceful staying there and simply a prime location. It’s super close to many hiking spots, restaurants, water falls, grocery stores, near beautiful spots to see sunsets, and much more. The rooms are simply spotless and always well stocked on all amenities. A lot of outdoor seating area and hangout spots. Whether you are going to with your spouse for a romantic weekend, kids, or friends, this is the spot to check out. It’s like its own mini village which makes it feel so wholesome. Highly recommend once again!
We chose the queen suite. It was very nice and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Very well maintained and we loved the town of Hendersonville. The room had everything we could have needed. I would recommend, for sure!!! We will be back.
This is a wonderful place. The set-up is unique with self-check in. Everything was clean and very comfortable, plus it's pet friendly. We loved having a little table and chairs outside our door. There is also a covered grilling area. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was very relaxing.
We were very pleased with our experience at the Cedarwood Inn. We had no interaction with the staff, which was fine. All the information we needed was sent via email. The room was clean and had everything we needed to have a great trip including a guide book for the area.
Loved having our own space in the family “suite”, which included a small yard in the back that allowed for us to play catch and take our dog out. Individualized parking specific to each unit was very helpful! The staff were quite helpful and they were very responsive in the timeliness of their replies.
Would probably stay here again.
We came with children and it was very easy to check in. However, there wasn't an in person check in, they send you your code the day before. The reason I mention that is because we stayed for just one night and we got there around 8:00 PM. She showered our kids but the water pressure was super duper low. It wasn't worth the effort to contact someone through the expedia app to come fix the water pressure while our kiddos were going to sleep and we only stayed 1 night.
The room was clean and smelled fine. The amentities were basic but definitely met our expectations. Bed was comfortable.
Parking worked out fine. It's limited to 1 per room but they have a few overflow spaces on another part of the property.
Not sure if other reviewers have the same water pressure issues, but don't expect to do a deep wash of your hair if the pressure is consistently bad. lol, glad I'm bald!
It's pet friendly, but we didn't see any pet hairs or have allergies from it.
Very very nice property I would recommend this property to any to stay at. Very clean all amenities you need but ice but they are working on getting ice. So only complaint would be no ice machine.
The staff was non existent, I have never seen a self check in and out system. But it worked. They had a room you could go into if you needed supplies. It was a very nice, clean and quiet place. Would definitely stay again!
Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Property is in a quiet location.
There is no staff on site after 3 pm. Check in is done by phone.
The water pressure in the shower was very low. I would have given a higher rating if the shower had had normal water pressure.
Although it was obviously an older inn, it was well updated, quiet, and comfortable. This was obviously a hotel that was cared for, and if I'm ever in the area, I will try to stay there again.
The entire premises were well maintained. It felt like I was in tiny village which was cool. The room was very clean and cozy. The only thing that stood out to me was the smell in the room. It smelt like moisture which made it feel a humid even with AC on blast. Other than that, I highly recommend this spot and would certainly stay here again. It’s very close to town and to many famous hiking spots. There are plenty of eating options whether upscale or laid back. This is a prime location indeed.
