This was a surprisingly pleasant place to stay. It was all very clean and new. The staff was very friendly. It was affordable and although it is not super close to downtown, with a 40 minute walk, you can be there and see all the sites.

Highly recommend staying here. Super clean, room had all the essentials. Tram to city a 2 min walk. Ferry harbor is a 5 min tram ride. Up and coming area. And do not forget to grab a craft beer at Barley & Bait!

It was great. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in and it felt awful. However, the great service workers exchanged my sheets and offered me an additional cover. After that, I was able to get great sleep!

Daria at the reception was very helpful and let us check in earlier because the room was ready. The room was modedrn and spacious. The only thing is the lack of hooks to hang clothes and that it was not possible to turn off the light in the toilet which shone directly towards the person sleeping. Also a bed lamp (for reading) would have been nice. But overall a really great stay

Great studio room with all the necessities. TV and WiFi werea great bonus for a solo traveller. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located with plenty of shops and restaurants close, there is a tram station outside which takes you straight to the city quickly.

The room was nice and the placement of kitchen items were useful, but the place itself is not suitable for short term stay. The trash collection was a problem for me, also the usage of the common workspace wasn’t included in my stay but I needed a desk during my stay. The location isn’t also the best because it’s located in the quite end of Jätkäsaari.

Excellent stay in Helsinki

UNITY is an excellent apartment hotel in one of the new residential areas in Helsinki, close to the Ferries' West Terminal, which makes it convenient for cruisers to stay overnight. It is easy to find and has a nice location with tram stops, cafes and shops around. It is only 10 minutes by tram away from central Helsinki. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept and is exceptionally clean. The rooms are very cosy and clean, and boast of all one needs for a stay. The bathroom has excellent-quality towels and toiletries.

A swanky place with awesome space! The Anonymity is somewhat to love or to hate... I don't now right now... When nobody at reception even look at you when entering the building... I don't know- I like a warm welcome... Just one small sauna without a jacuzzi or a comfy seating area is a tad behind for a relaxing experience... Overall it's a swanky place that's missing the dotted i, sorry.

This place was absolutely fantastic for us. I messaged ahead and asked for an accessible room as I have mobility issues and the communication was so good. They actioned my request without hesitation and everything was just perfect. From check in to check out every member of staff we encountered were fabulous. About a 15 min walk from the ferry terminal and the 9T tram line outside the door takes you into the centre. There is also a good range of food eateries around. Boneless a smash burger place round the corner deserves a special mention. There is also a public a bar on the next block. All in all a fab place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return here. Area felt very safe and was very clean.
