"When I arrived early, the friendly staff greeted me and I was given a room within minutes. The room was beautifully set up and sparkling clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with various options of hot and cold foods. Meat, eggs, German bread and Brötchen along with cheeses were laid out nicely. There were fruits, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, juices...the works! The bar is cozy, the gym and sauna are clean. The hotel is next to public transportation and the area is safe and walkable. "

"I read reviews, good and bad before we came and it’s all true. The hotel is on a street with strip clubs and casinos and the alley way to the hotel from the street felt unsafe (drunk/ drugged groups of people every time we walked through) and there’s no security in the hotel - you don’t need a key card to go in the lift or corridors. BUT once you’re in the hotel it’s great! Friendly staff, clean, spacious room and delicious breakfast. It’s also a great location near the main station. I haven’t knocked a star off for the shady street and would stay there again."

"The room was spotless, extremely well equipped and very centrally located. Just a 5 minute walk to Lidl and the S-Bahn station. There was no issue at all cooking in the apartment and getting into Munich to sight-see."
