Staff were super awesome and location is fantastic but if you're a woman traveling alone or you're not used to staying in inns frequented by people in unstable housing situations then I would probably try to find somewhere else.

Budget rate and property reflects that. Dated rooms but were clean and tidy. I would stay again if looking for a low priced room. Was safe area and in downtown convenient location. Only trouble was noise from loud fan of AC / heating unit and I’m a light sleeper. Couldn’t adjust fan to low speed when in heating mode. Ear plugs worked to allow sleep.

We booked this property at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised at how convenient it was, inexpensive for a quick overnight, and clean. Definitely a "motel" feel, but we have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and helpful - even called to let us know how to get checked in if the office was closed when we arrived. We would stay again if we needed a place to sleep while traveling.
