Fantastic rooms for families and in a great location for exploring Heidelberg! Staff were lovely and welcoming and the room is very well equipped. We opted not to go for breakfast so can't comment on the food, but the drinks at the bar were great. Would definitely stay again, by far our best stay in Heidelberg so far!!

Great new modern looking property, convenient to the tram, wonderful breakfast, super staff - only downside is the room was a bit dark. If coming from the train station, take tram 5, 21 22, 23 or 25 two stops to Stadtbucherie tram stop and walk 400 feet west very flat. If you want to go to old town, just hop on tram 26 about 200 feet from hotel.

Property is nice, or room was very large and comfortable and well equipped. Staff we encountered were mostly the front desk staff. None of them were warm and friendly but they were all fully competent and very effective at their jobs. So I can't say the service was great but neither can I say it wasn't. I guess very effective and business like. Room was very nice by Germany standards.
