We didn't like the first room we were given but the manager immediately gave us a different room which was much better. She was very friendly and clearly was doing her best to satisfy us. We very much appreciated her efforts.

Loved it so much we tried to book an extra night but it was full. We were offered to pay a nominal amount for an upgraded room which included parking, breakfast, mini bar and access to executive lounge and was well worth it. Our room was fabulous, large and modern. Coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Great location right next to main shopping area. Breakfast was outstanding with a large selection of items. Parking was located in underground parkade with elevator to rooms which was handy with luggage. oFront desk were friendly and helpful, nly negative is they are sticklers for check in time, 3pm no exceptions. I would definitely stay again, loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to fuel up to start a day of sight seeing. One thing would have made our stay more enjoyable. As English speaking travelers, we would have enjoyed a better variety of English channels on the TV. Unfortunately, the English channels were all news channels. I would like to suggest the management of the hotel perhaps reduce the number of English news stations to two. In place of the others please add English speaking stations that offer entertainment options, such as drama, sitcoms and music shows. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

Unfortunately the elevators from the parking garage were broken during our stay ... the staff was very good about offering to help with luggage though. Also, the shower experience was interesting as the "wet room " style shower/bathroom as the floor seems to be sloped away from the drain in the room we had ... water stayed in place on the floor all day.

A very comfortable stay. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed. There was a coffee making machine in the room along with a kettle. Iron and ironing board available with bathrobe and slippers. There was also a safe and mini fridge with 4 complimentary drinks. Check in was easy and edgy. Breakfast was exception a wide variety of items from a hot to a cold buffet. The hotel is ideally situated.. only 5mins on the bus: tram to the main station and walking distance to the main shopping street.

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but it was honestly really nice inside. The reason for the four stars are not five is because the breakfast situation can be better. On the weekends they close to breakfast buffet at 11 AM but at 10:50 AM the coffee machines were already down. One worker said it’s because they were closing in 10 minutes. But it’s not a big place so you would think the workers can go around and kind of let the guest know that they’re getting ready to clean up. Also, I didn’t pay for the breakfast, but I ended up having it every morning through my entire stay. The waitress on the third day told me I should pay up in the reception area so I can get it for $22 instead of paying for the $28. When I went to the reception, the lady said the $22 is only for when you first come to the hotel and have to add it on. That six dollars isn’t going to make or break me but the point is the lack of communication everyone has Other than that it was a good hotel to stay at.
